Team coaching is designed to align the team on guiding principles, create clarity, increase self-awareness of dynamics and develop skills to productively work together.

Alignment

When a new leader or member(s) join a team, it is critical to align on the guiding principles for the team and create clarity of direction, define roles and deepen commitment to the team. Team alignment sets the foundation that leads into team effectiveness work and is an ongoing process as teams evolve.

Effectiveness

Once the team alignment foundation is set, it is important to be intentional about how we continue to evolve and work together. Focusing on how we function and developing skills and techniques to improve team culture and dynamics helps create flow in how we work.
