Executives

An executive is a top-level leader who is responsible for managing managers across a function or organization. Some common executive titles include director, senior director, vice president, senior vice president, president and c-suite. 

Managers

A manager is a leader who is responsible for managing employees in a specific function, department or team within an organization. Some common manager titles are assistant manager, team leader, supervisor, department manager, manager, and senior manager.

Professionals
A professional is a leader who is responsible for managing programs or projects for a function, team or organization. Professional leadership roles often require influence and collaboration to deliver collective results. Some common professional titles are accountant, engineer, program manager, project manager, scientist, specialist, trainer, etc.
